What you agree to when you buy something here
Written to be read rather than to be skipped. If anything here is unclear, message me and I will explain it in plain words before you buy anything.
01 Who you are buying from
This is the business behind this site.
- 01The entitySB Coaching Services is the trade name of a proprietorship. The proprietor is Suresh Balachandar. Boss Your Business is the name of the practice. The registered place of business is 15/9 Vasudevapuram Street, West Mambalam, Chennai 600033, Tamil Nadu, India.
- 02GSTSB Coaching Services is registered under GST. The GSTIN is 33GQDPS3423N1ZI. Every price on this site is stated before GST unless the page says otherwise, and GST is added at the rate in force on the day you pay. The 2 memberships are the exception, because they are shown with GST already included.
- 03How to reach usYou can reach us on WhatsApp at +91 98405 91014, or by email at the_coach@sureshbalachandar.in. Messages are answered the same working day, Monday to Saturday.
02 What is being sold
There are 2 memberships and 2 language editions.
- 01The 2 membershipsThere are 2 memberships, and each one comes in 2 language editions. Puthaga Paravai is the Tamil edition and Reader's Guide is the English edition, and they are bought separately rather than together.
- 02The library membershipThis is called Arai in Tamil and The Notes in English. It costs ₹2,951 for 12 months, and that amount includes GST. It is sold by the year and in no other way, because what you are buying is a shelf that grows from 12 books to 64 across that year. It gives you the full audio for every book and the single page that holds the framework.
- 03The practice membershipThis is called Arangam in Tamil and The Table in English. It costs ₹650 a month, and that amount includes GST. It gives you everything in the library membership, and it adds the workbook and the weekly session on Zoom, which runs every Friday from 8.00 to 9.30 pm.
- 04Sessions and programmesThe Cashflow Game, the workshops, RAAG, Business Psychology Profiling and the coaching programmes are bought one at a time. The price shown on each page is the price, and GST is added to it.
- 05What is not includedNothing on this site is a guarantee of a business result. The work is diagnosis, method and guidance. What happens afterwards depends on what you do with it.
03 Paying
You pay before GST, and the page shows you the total.
- 01PaymentPayments are collected through Razorpay. SB Coaching Services does not see or store your card number, your bank login or your UPI credentials at any point.
- 02Prices are before GSTEvery price on this site is stated before GST, and GST is added at the rate in force on the day you pay. The 2 memberships are the exception, because the price you see for them already includes GST. Inside Tamil Nadu the tax splits into CGST and SGST at 9 percent each, and outside Tamil Nadu it is a single IGST line at 18 percent. The payment page shows you the full total before you pay.
- 03The annual membershipArai and The Notes are paid once for the 12 months. There is no standing instruction and no recurring mandate, and nothing further is taken from you during the year.
- 04The monthly membershipArangam and The Table are collected by a standing instruction inside your own UPI app. You approve it once, and after that the amount is taken on the same day each month until you stop it. You are told before each attempt as your bank requires.
- 05A failed paymentIf a payment fails, you are told on WhatsApp and given 7 days to set it right. If it is not settled in that time, access pauses until it is.
- 06The founding priceAnyone who joins on or before 2 October 2026 keeps the price he joined at until October 2029. The lock belongs to the membership rather than to the person, so a member who stops and comes back later pays the price on the day he returns.
- 07Price changesA price may change. If it changes for a membership you already hold, and you are not inside the founding price lock, you are told at least 30 days before it applies and you may stop before it does.
04 Using what you are given
The episodes, sheets and documents are yours to use, not to publish.
- 01Your copy is for youEverything on this site, and everything sent to you as part of a membership, is the work of SB Coaching Services. You may use it inside your own business, freely and for as long as you like.
- 02What you may not doYou may not publish it, sell it, upload it, or pass it to people outside your business as though it were free. If a colleague wants it, send him here and he can have his own.
- 03The free thingsThe free notes, guides and sample episodes are free. There is no catch and no obligation. They are still the work of SB Coaching Services and the same rule applies to them.
- 04The booksEvery episode and note is my own reading of a published book. The books belong to their authors and publishers. The framing, the diagnostics and the advice are my own work.
05 The limits
What this is, and what it is not.
- 01Not professional adviceNothing here is legal, accounting, tax or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional who knows your figures and your circumstances.
- 02LiabilityWhere the law allows it to be limited, the liability of SB Coaching Services for anything connected with a purchase is limited to what you paid for it.
- 03If something is unavailableA weekly audio, a workshop or a Friday session may occasionally be moved. If a session you have paid for is cancelled by us and not rearranged to a date you can attend, you are refunded in full for it.

Law, changes, and where a dispute is heard.
- 01Governing lawThese terms are governed by the law of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
- 02ChangesThese terms may be updated. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date below tells you when it last changed.
