02 Why this exists
A business person must understand 2 things, and they are money and people.
Most business people were never taught money. At home it was a worry, kept away from the children. In school it was absent. Between friends it is either a boast or a secret. So money is never discussed properly, and half of what we carry about it is inherited habit rather than understanding.
School taught us how to earn. Almost nobody taught us how money behaves once it arrives. How it leaks, where it stalls, and why one rupee earned is not the same thing as one rupee kept. 2 people can take home the same income for 10 years and end up with completely different financial lives.
You cannot lecture somebody into financial intuition. They have to feel it happen, with consequences attached, and with other people watching. That is what this session is built for. It fixes the money half. The people half has its own page, further down this one.
03 What it actually is
Money, discussed properly, around a board.
- 01We play the Cashflow game that Robert Kiyosaki designed, which is the most respected financial literacy game ever built. I bring the board. 6 of us maximum sit at one table for 5 hours, and the session moves between English and Tamil as the table needs it.
- 02We play, we pause, and we discuss what just happened with money on the board, out loud and properly. For most people at the table, it is the first time money has ever been discussed this way. That conversation is the product.
- 03The board shows how you actually behave with money when it is your decision. It shows your posture towards risk, your blind spots about spending, your relationship with debt, and your patience under uncertainty, and it shows all of that in a single sitting in front of you.

I ran the game from 2016 to 2019, and more than 500 people played it in those years. I brought the board back out in March 2026, and more than 75 have played since, at ₹2,000 a seat. Both of those figures are countable, and I will happily walk you through either one.
A note from me
I have watched more than 575 people sit at this board, and almost nobody plays the way they say they would. That gap, between what a man says he would do with money and what he actually does when the card is in front of him, is the whole point of the 5 hours, and it is the reason I keep bringing the board out.
