What is held about you, and what is done with it
Two fields, used for one purpose, never sold, and deleted the day you ask. This site sets no cookies and carries no advertising pixel, which is why you were never shown a banner asking for permission.
01 What is collected
Two fields, and nothing you did not type.
- 01What you giveYour name and your WhatsApp number, when you ask for a free document or a free episode. Nothing else is asked for and nothing is required.
- 02What a purchase addsIf you buy something, Razorpay collects what it needs to take the payment. SB Coaching Services receives your name, the amount, and whether it succeeded. Your card number, bank login and UPI credentials are never seen or stored by us.
- 03What the site itself collectsNothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising pixel and has no tracking of its own. Your host may keep ordinary server logs, as every website does.
02 What it is used for
Sending you what you asked for, and what follows from it.
- 01The reasonYour number is used to send you the document or the episode you asked for, and after that the notes and room invitations. Asking for a free document is your agreement to receive them, and the form says so beside the button. All of it is sent on WhatsApp from +91 98405 91014. That is the whole purpose.
- 02Never soldYour details are never sold, rented, traded or given to anybody for their own marketing. They do not go to a partner, to a sponsor, or to another coach.
- 03Who else sees itOnly the services needed to reach you: the WhatsApp Business Platform, run by Meta, to carry the messages, and Razorpay to take a payment. Each holds it under its own policy.
03 Stopping it
One word, and it ends.
- 01Stopping messagesSend the word stop to +91 98405 91014. You are removed the same day and nothing further is sent.
- 02Being deletedAsk, and your name and number are deleted from our records. Records we are required to keep for tax, such as an invoice you were issued, are kept for the period the law requires and nothing more.
- 03Seeing what is heldAsk and you are told what is held about you. There is not much: a name, a number, what you asked for and when.
- 04How long it is keptUntil you ask for it to go, or until 24 months after your last reply, whichever comes first.
04 The rest
Children, security, changes and who is answerable.
- 01ChildrenNothing here is meant for anybody under 18 and their details are not knowingly collected.
- 02SecurityDetails are held in the systems named above under their own protections. No system is perfect, and anything held anywhere carries some risk.
- 03Your rightsThis policy is written to sit within the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Under it you may ask what is held, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be erased.
